You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service allows you to upload, post, and share content including text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Eco York LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any User Content posted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, including under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), Eco York LLC is not the publisher or speaker of any User Content and shall not be liable for any User Content submitted by users of the Service.
By uploading photographs or images to the Service, you confirm that you have the right to share those images and that they do not violate the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person depicted or credited. We are not responsible for photographs or images uploaded by users. We may remove any image that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.
We strip geolocation (EXIF/GPS) metadata from all uploaded images prior to storage to help protect your privacy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service includes a points system, badges, and other virtual items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other goods or services outside the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Virtual Items at any time without notice or liability.
We provide tools to report content or users that you believe violate these Terms. We will review reports and take action we deem appropriate, which may include content removal or account suspension. We are not obligated to act on every report and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 4, 5, 11, 12, and 13.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECO YORK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
